  • Are the travel packs eco friendly?

    Yes! Each pack is 100% compostable, aligning with our commitment to sustainability. From the packaging to the sourcing of our cacao, every step is designed to honor the earth and reduce waste.

  • Can I use the cacao packs with non dairy milk or just water?

    Absolutely! Our cacao blends beautifully with any liquid. Non dairy milks like almond, oat, or coconut milk are popular choices for a creamy texture, but it’s just as delicious with hot or iced water for a lighter, more traditional preparation.

  • How much cacao is in each travel pack?

    Each pack contains a perfectly portioned single serving of ceremonial-grade cacao, designed to provide the ideal balance of flavor and heart opening nourishment in every cup. There are six squeeze packs in each box.

  • Is this product safe for daily use?

    Yes, our cacao is crafted to be gentle yet effective, making it a beautiful addition to your daily rituals. However, if you’re sensitive to cacao or caffeine, we recommend starting with smaller amounts to see how your body responds.

our POLICIES

RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Both custom pieces and food products are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. In stock items are eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges for domestic customers within the United States only.

To initiate a return or exchange for an in stock item, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. You must contact us within this 14 day window; after this period, we cannot process any requests.

Special orders and any pieces that Naked Earth LLC has altered, customized, or engraved are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Neither returns nor refunds will not be accepted for preorder items, customized pieces, engraved jewelry, or any international orders.

For returns and refunds, items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging. We will not accept or exchange merchandise that shows signs of wear, use, or alteration. Customers are responsible for return shipping and must provide tracking to nakedearthart@gmail.com. We recommend insuring your return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Once your return is received and approved, a gift card with store credit equal to the amount paid without shipping and taxes will be issued to your email within 7 business days. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you are approved for an exchange, we will cover shipping for the replacement item.

SHIPPING POLICY

All cacao packs are made fresh and shipped with care. Due to the artisanal nature of our process, orders will be mailed out approximately 3-4 months after purchase. This timeline allows us to ensure the highest quality product for you.

While we strive to meet the estimated timeline, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply chain delays, shipping disruptions) may arise. If this happens, we’ll notify you immediately and provide a revised timeline.

Preorders for ceremonial cacao packs are non refundable, as your purchase directly supports our mission to source fair trade cacao and fund forest restoration. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please contact us. We’re committed to supporting you every step of the way!

In stock pieces will be shipped within one week of receiving your order. If you order both in stock and custom pieces in one transaction, your order will ship once all items are ready. If you’d like the items to be shipped separately, we will expect you to cover the additional shipping fees. Please email us at nakedearthart@gmail.com to discuss this further.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of order.

All shipments include insurance. We primarily use UPS and USPS, but may utilize other carriers if necessary. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their package using the tracking number provided. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including shipping carrier issues, weather conditions, or regional disruptions. Customers should stay informed of any shipping strikes or events that may impact delivery in their area.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

If your Naked Earth jewelry arrives damaged or requires repair, please email us at nakedearthart@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your package to arrange a resolution. After this period, we cannot process any requests.

JEWELRY GENERAL POLICY

When you purchase a piece of jewelry from Naked Earth, you are purchasing a unique item made with love and care. Due to the nature of the lost wax process, each item is slightly different. We do not remake items. Additionally, we do not currently offer repairs on jewelry that experiences wear and tear over time. However, if your jewelry is damaged due to shipping or arrives defective, please notify us within 14 days of arrival, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. After this period, we cannot process any requests.
