  • How long will it take my order to arrive?

    In stock orders will ship within three days. Preorders are placed when you complete your order and will ship within 4 to 6 weeks. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-6 days, while international shipping takes approximately 2-3 weeks. As soon as we ship out your order, you will receive an email from Squarespace with your tracking information. You can track your package using this information. All shipments include insurance. We primarily use UPS and USPS, but may utilize other carriers if necessary. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including shipping carrier issues, weather conditions, or regional disruptions. Customers should stay informed of any shipping strikes or events that may impact delivery in their area.

  • What if I decide to refund, return, or exchange my order?

    We do not accept cancellations once the order has been placed.  As each preorder piece is made specifically for you, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on preorder items. All standard orders of in stock merchandise are eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for domestic clients living in the United States only. You must contact us within this 14 day window; after this period, we cannot process any requests. We cannot accept returns of any customized merchandise or international orders.   • What if I decide to cancel my order?

    We do not accept cancellations once the order has been placed. Thank you for understanding.

  • Can I customize my jewelry piece with a specific design, stone, or metal?

    Yes! We are excited to share that we now offer custom jewelry. Visit our custom listing here. Please note that all Sterling Silver pieces in our shop come oxidized with the exception of the Wings of Liberation. This applies to all in stock, preorder, and custom pieces. Brass and Gold Plated Sterling Silver do not come oxidized.

  • Are the materials used in your jewelry ethically sourced?

    Yes, we work with trusted suppliers who prioritize sustainability, responsible mining, and the welfare of local communities. All crystals and materials used in our jewelry are ethically sourced. In addition, we work with casting companies that use 100% recycled material.

  • How does the lost wax casting process work?

    Lost wax casting is an ancient technique used to create detailed metal jewelry. It starts with handcarving a piece in wax, which is then coated in a heat resistant material. The wax is melted away, leaving a hollow mold (which gives it the name “lost wax”). The mold is then filled with molten metal such as gold, silver, brass, or bronze. After cooling, the mold is removed, revealing the final piece, which is then polished and refined. This process allows for intricate designs and high levels of detail.

  • Can I wear my jewelry every day?

    Yes, however, to preserve the integrity of the metals and crystals, we recommend removing your jewelry before sleeping, showering, or engaging in activities that may cause excessive wear.

  • Do you offer jewelry resizing services?

    At this time, we do not offer resizing services. We recommend carefully checking your size before placing an order to ensure the perfect fit. For rings, we recommend checking your ring size with a jeweler or using an online ring size guide before ordering. For bracelets and necklaces, we provide detailed measurements on each product page so you can ensure the perfect fit. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to reach out to us prior to your purchase.

POLICIES

PREORDER AND IN STOCK POLICY

As each preorder piece is made specifically for you, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on preorder items. Returns are only accepted for in stock, ready to ship pieces in accordance with our standard return policy below. Each product listing will clearly state whether the piece is a preorder or an in stock item. In stock pieces are ready to ship within our usual processing time of one week. Preorders are placed when you complete your order and will ship within 4 to 6 weeks from the time you place your order unless a different timeline is mentioned on that specific listing. While we make every effort to meet the projected timeline, unforeseen delays outside of our control may occur. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All standard orders of in stock merchandise are eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for domestic clients. You must contact us within this 14 day window; after this period, we cannot process any requests.

This policy applies only to customers within the United States. We cannot accept returns of any customized merchandise or international orders.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition, with all original packaging and materials included. We will not accept or exchange merchandise that shows signs of wear, use, or alteration. Special orders and any pieces that Naked Earth LLC has altered, customized, or engraved are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please notify us of your return and provide tracking information via email at nakedearthart@gmail.com. We recommend insuring the return shipment, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. All returns and exchanges will be reviewed, and if the item does not meet our return criteria, it may be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, and the funds will be credited back to the card or account from which the purchase was made. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For exchanges, any replacement merchandise we send out will be at no additional shipping cost to the customer.

SHIPPING POLICY

In stock pieces will be shipped within one week of receiving your order. If you order both in stock and preorder pieces in one transaction, your order will ship once all items are ready. If you’d like the items to be shipped separately, we will expect you to cover the additional shipping fees. Please email us at nakedearthart@gmail.com to discuss this further.

Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 days to arrive, while international shipping takes approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Squarespace with your tracking information. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their package using the tracking number provided. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of order.

If your Naked Earth jewelry arrives damaged or requires repair, please email us at nakedearthart@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your package to arrange a resolution. After this period, we cannot process any requests.

GENERAL POLICY

When you purchase a product from Naked Earth, you are purchasing a unique item. Every product we create is carefully crafted with attention to detail, which means that some pieces may have slight imperfections or irregularities and may vary slightly from the photos. Please consider this when making your purchase.

We do not remake items. Additionally, we do not currently offer repairs on jewelry that experiences wear and tear over time. However, if your jewelry is damaged due to shipping or arrives defective, please notify us within 14 days of arrival, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
